The following are prohibited:
- Threats, harassment, discrimination, violence or intimidation
- Coercion or pressuring another person to attend
- Recording without consent or publishing private session content
- Attending under the influence where participation is impaired
- Providing false identities
- Payment fraud or misuse of consultant contact details
- Repeated abusive communication
Nuviora may pause or terminate a session where conduct is unsafe or inappropriate, without a refund where the customer's conduct caused the termination.
