- Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the booked start time.
- Eligible timely cancellations may receive a refund or account credit.
- Late cancellations may be charged in full.
- Missed appointments are generally non-refundable.
- Late arrival does not automatically extend the session.
- Nuviora may reschedule or refund where it is unable to deliver the booked service.
Programmes
- Programme cancellation eligibility depends on the number of sessions already delivered.
- Completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Programme preparation and assessment fees may be non-refundable.
- Unused prepaid sessions may be reviewed according to the programme terms.
- Promotional bundles may have specific cancellation terms.
Workshops
- Customisation, venue and travel costs may be non-refundable once committed.
- Participant substitutions may be permitted.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Corporate cancellations are subject to the signed proposal.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Nuviora's control.
