1. Contracting entity and services
Services are provided by Clicked IN FZE LLC ("Nuviora"). Nuviora provides relationship guidance, communication coaching and educational consultancy. Nuviora does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychotherapy or legal services and is not an emergency or crisis-response service.
2. Customer eligibility
- Customers must be adults (18+).
- All information provided must be accurate and complete.
- Participation must be voluntary. Nuviora may decline services where these conditions are not met.
3. Service suitability and consultant discretion
Nuviora reserves the right to decline, pause or terminate a consultation where the service appears unsafe, inappropriate or outside its professional scope. Where relevant, alternative professional support will be recommended.
4. Bookings, prices, payment and VAT
Bookings are formed when a valid payment is confirmed. Prices are stated in AED and VAT treatment is displayed clearly before payment. Programme payments and instalments follow the specific programme terms provided at booking.
5. Preparation and joint-session participation
Customers should attend on time, prepared and in a private environment where possible. In joint sessions, both adults must attend voluntarily, conduct themselves respectfully, and follow the disclosure policy explained before the first joint session.
6. Confidentiality limitations
Consultation information is handled privately, subject to legal, safeguarding and safety limitations described in the Confidentiality Notice. Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is legally required.
7. Recording, safety and safeguarding
Recording of sessions is not permitted without written consent. Nuviora may pause or terminate a session where conduct becomes unsafe. Emergency situations should be directed to the appropriate emergency service.
8. Medical and legal disclaimers
Nuviora does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions and does not provide legal advice. Guidance is educational and communication-focused.
9. No guaranteed outcomes
Nuviora does not guarantee reconciliation, prevention of separation, marriage outcomes, behavioural change in third parties or any specific personal result.
10. Rescheduling, cancellation, missed sessions and refunds
Please refer to the Refund and Rescheduling Policy. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Missed appointments are generally non-refundable.
11. Intellectual property and workshop materials
Programme and workshop materials remain the intellectual property of Nuviora and are provided for personal use only.
12. Third-party meeting platforms
Online consultations are delivered via approved third-party platforms subject to their own terms.
13. Service availability, force majeure and liability
Nuviora may reschedule or refund where unable to deliver a booked service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuviora's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
14. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Complaints should be sent to management@nuviorarelationships.online.
