2. Nature of the service
Nuviora provides non-clinical relationship and communication consultations. Consultations are structured conversations. They are not therapy, counselling, psychological or medical treatment, diagnosis, mediation, arbitration, legal advice, financial advice or emergency or crisis support.
Nuviora gives no guarantee about any outcome, including how any other person will behave or whether a relationship will continue.
3. Enquiries and appointments
Submitting an enquiry does not create an appointment. Nuviora reviews each enquiry for suitability and may decline it. An appointment exists only once Nuviora has confirmed it in writing and you have accepted.
This website does not currently take bookings and does not process payments. Any statement to the contrary elsewhere should be disregarded.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are confirmed in writing before an appointment is arranged, together with the applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must be 18 or over to use this service.
- Information you provide should be accurate and limited to what is necessary.
- Where two people attend, both must agree to attend and both must be free to withdraw at any point without pressure.
- You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
6. When Nuviora will decline or end a consultation
Nuviora will decline or end a consultation where the situation involves risk of harm, coercion, abuse, an emergency, or a need that falls outside this service, and will say so in writing. This is a safety measure, not a judgement.
7. Website content
Content on this website is general information about the service. It is not advice about your situation and should not be relied on as such.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Nuviora is not liable for decisions you or any other person take following a consultation, or for outcomes that depend on third parties.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction.
10. Changes and complaints
These terms may be updated. Concerns or complaints can be raised at management@nuviorarelationships.online and will be acknowledged and answered in writing.
