FAQ

Questions worth asking before you enquire.

If something here is unclear, ask before arranging anything.

Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Nuviora is a non-clinical communication consultation service. It does not provide therapy, counselling, psychological treatment or diagnosis. If what you need is clinical care, Nuviora will say so rather than take the appointment.
Can you tell me whether I should leave or stay in my relationship?
No. A consultation can help you think through what matters to you and what is within your control. The decision remains entirely yours, and no outcome is promised.
Do I need my partner to attend?
No. An individual consultation is for one person alone. A couples consultation requires both adults to agree freely to attend — nobody should be brought to a session under pressure.
What if my situation involves abuse, threats or danger?
Contact local emergency services or an appropriate urgent-support provider. Nuviora is not an emergency, crisis or safeguarding service, does not monitor messages out of hours, and will decline an enquiry of this kind rather than delay you.
Can I book and pay online?
Not at present. This website does not take bookings or payments. Enquiries are reviewed first and anything further is agreed in writing.
What does it cost?
Fees are shown on each consultation page and confirmed before an appointment is arranged.
Is what I say confidential?
It is treated as private and is never sold or shared for advertising. It is not legally privileged: information may be disclosed where required by law or by a competent authority. In a couples session, what is said is heard by both people.
What information do you keep?
As little as possible. The enquiry form does not store anything on this website — it prepares an email you send yourself. If a consultation is later arranged, what is recorded and why is explained in writing beforehand, and you can ask for it to be deleted.
Who would I be speaking with?
The consultant responsible for Nuviora Relationships. Named credentials are not published on this website, so please do not assume a clinical qualification. Ask before arranging anything and you will get a direct written answer.
Do you offer programmes, workshops or group sessions?
No. Only the individual and couples consultations listed on this website are offered. Anything not listed is not available.
Will you contact my partner or family member for me?
No. Nuviora does not contact third parties, pass messages, or act as a mediator, arbitrator or representative.
What if you decline my enquiry?
You will be told plainly and in writing that this is not the right service for what you described. That is a boundary of the service, not a judgement of you.
How long before I hear back?
Requests are read during working time and answered in writing. If three working days pass without a reply, send the request again — email delivery occasionally fails silently.
What actually happens in the hour?
The topic is agreed and written down in the first ten minutes. Each person then gives their account uninterrupted. The middle of the session separates what happened from what was assumed. The last fifteen minutes are spent agreeing practical steps you can carry out yourself.
Do I need to explain my whole history?
No. A consultation is built around one current topic. Background is only discussed where it directly affects that topic, and you are never asked for medical history, diagnoses or documents.
What if we disagree during a couples session?
That is expected, and the structure is designed for it. Each person speaks in turn and is asked to summarise the other's position before responding. If a session becomes unsafe or one person is clearly not attending freely, it is stopped.
Can we book a session in Arabic or another language?
Say which language you would prefer in your request. Availability is confirmed honestly in writing — Nuviora will not accept an appointment in a language it cannot conduct properly.
What if only one of us wants to attend?
Then a couples session is not appropriate. An individual consultation is available for the person who wants to attend, and it will focus on their own communication rather than on the absent person.
Is a session recorded?
No. Sessions are not recorded by Nuviora, and participants are asked not to record them. Where a short written summary of the agreed steps is produced, you are told exactly what it says.
Do you offer packages or a course of sessions?
No. Each consultation is arranged individually. Follow-up formats exist for people who have already attended, but nothing is sold as a block and no commitment is asked for at the end of a session.
Can my employer, lawyer or family member get a report?
No. Nuviora does not produce reports, letters, assessments or opinions for third parties, courts, employers or legal proceedings.
What time zone do you work in?
Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). Requests from other time zones are accommodated where the working hours overlap, and any confirmed time is stated in both zones to avoid confusion.
