When it is delivered
An appointment is delivered only after a request has been reviewed and accepted, and after the appointment has been confirmed in writing with both the date and time agreed. Couples formats are delivered only where both adults have agreed to attend.

No payment is taken through this website. Payment is only requested after a request has been accepted, through a private link sent in writing.
If something goes wrong
