What is collected

- The type of consultation you are asking about
- Your preferred contact method
- The short description of the topic you write in the request form
The enquiry form on this website does not send anything to a server. It opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, so the information reaches Nuviora only if you choose to send that email.
Why it is collected
To read your enquiry, decide whether Nuviora is an appropriate service for what you have described, and reply to you. It is not used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Consultation records
If a consultation is arranged, what is recorded and why is set out in writing before the appointment is confirmed. Nuviora does not ask for medical history, diagnoses, identity documents or financial documents.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept only while they are being considered and for a short period afterwards for business records, then deleted.
Who can see it
Requests are read only by the person responsible for handling Nuviora enquiries.

Sending less information in the first place is always an option — include only what is needed for Nuviora to answer.
Limits
Nuviora treats requests as private and does not sell or share them for advertising. Nuviora cannot promise that information will never be disclosed: information may be disclosed where required by law or by a competent authority.
