What happens after you pay
- 01Payment
The fee is taken by the payment provider. Card details are never stored by Nuviora.
- 02Written confirmation
You receive a receipt and a request to confirm two or three times that suit you.
- 03Suitability check
If the topic falls outside what this service can responsibly discuss, the appointment is declined and the fee refunded in full.
- 04The consultation
A private video call at the confirmed time, with a secure link valid for that appointment only.
Practical details
- Where sessions happen
- Private video call. A secure meeting link is sent with the written confirmation and is valid for that appointment only. Telephone is available where video is not practical.
- Time zone
- Appointments are offered and confirmed in Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). Requests from other time zones are accommodated where the hours overlap; the confirmed time is always stated in both zones.
- Who can attend
- Adults only. Couples formats require both adults to agree freely and independently to attend. No third party is contacted or invited on anyone's behalf.
- Recording
- Sessions are not recorded, by Nuviora or by participants. Where a short written summary is produced, you are told what it contains.
- Accessibility
- If reading, hearing or joining a video call is difficult, say so in your request and the format will be adjusted where it is reasonably possible.
- Response time
- Requests are read during working time and answered in writing. If a request has not been answered within three working days, please send it again — it may not have arrived.
Before an appointment is confirmed
Appointment format, availability, fees and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing after a suitability review.
- Format
- Private consultation by video call, or by telephone where video is not practical.
- Location
- Delivered remotely. Clicked IN FZE LLC operates from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
- Tax
- Fees are shown in UAE dirhams. Any applicable VAT is stated on the written confirmation before payment is requested.
- Payment
- No payment is taken through this website. Payment is only requested after a request has been accepted, through a private link sent in writing.
- Cancellation deadline
- A confirmed appointment can be cancelled or moved without charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time.
- Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is arranged by replying to the written confirmation email. One reschedule is accommodated wherever availability allows.
- Late cancellation
- A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the agreed start time may be treated as a used appointment.
- If nobody joins
- If nobody joins within 20 minutes of the agreed start time, the appointment is treated as used.
- Refund eligibility
- Any fee paid for an appointment that Nuviora cancels, or that is cancelled by you more than 24 hours in advance, is refunded in full.
- Refund timing
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed.
