Safety

If something is urgent, this is not the right place.

Read this before sending an enquiry.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, at risk of harm, experiencing violence, or in a mental-health crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate urgent-support provider immediately. Nuviora does not provide emergency or crisis response.

What Nuviora is not

Nuviora is not an emergency, medical, crisis or mental-health treatment service, and does not monitor enquiries outside working hours.

Enquiries sent through this website are read during working time only. Do not use this website to report an emergency, a threat, abuse, or a risk to a child or vulnerable adult.

When an enquiry will be declined

Where an enquiry falls outside what Nuviora provides, Nuviora will say so in writing and will not accept the appointment. Nuviora does not operate a referral partnership with any other organisation.

A consultation will also be declined or ended where a participant does not appear to be attending freely, where there are signs of coercion or control, or where the discussion would need clinical, legal or statutory involvement.

Where to look for urgent help

Nuviora does not publish a list of third-party helplines, because publishing an unverified or out-of-date number in an emergency would be worse than publishing none. Contact your local emergency number, the nearest hospital emergency department, or an official government or police service in the country you are in.

Attending safely

  • Join from a place where you can speak without being overheard, if that matters to you.
  • You may end a session at any point, without giving a reason.
  • You are never required to disclose anything you do not want to disclose.
  • If attending with another person, you may ask to stop at any time.

Raising a concern

Concerns about how Nuviora has handled something can be sent to management@nuviorarelationships.online. Concerns are acknowledged and answered in writing.
