No surprises at any stage.
Every step is confirmed in writing before the next one happens.

- 01
You send an enquiry
A short description of the topic. Only what you are comfortable writing down. Nothing is stored on this website — the form prepares an email that you send yourself.
- 02
Suitability is reviewed
Nuviora checks whether the topic is something a non-clinical communication consultation can responsibly discuss, and whether there are safety reasons to decline.
- 03
You receive a written reply
Either a clear explanation of what a consultation would involve, its length, format and fee — or a plain statement that this is not the right service, with no obligation.
- 04
You decide
Nothing is scheduled and nothing is charged unless you confirm in writing that you want to go ahead on the terms set out.
- 05
The consultation
The topic is agreed at the start. The conversation is structured so each person is heard. It closes with practical steps within your own control.
- 06
Afterwards
You are told what, if anything, has been recorded and why. You can ask for it to be deleted. There is no obligation to arrange anything further.
This service is not emergency, medical, psychological, legal or crisis support.
Inside the hour
Structure is the whole method. When a conversation has no agreed topic, no order and no end point, it drifts toward whoever speaks loudest or gives up last. A facilitated session removes that drift: the topic is fixed at the start, each person speaks without interruption, and the session ends with steps written in plain language rather than a feeling that something was discussed.
- First 10 minutes
Agreeing the topic
The session opens by naming one topic and writing it down. If more than one issue is raised, they are listed and one is chosen. Anything outside the scope of the service is identified here, not halfway through.
- Next 20 minutes
Each account, uninterrupted
In an individual session this is your account of the situation. In a couples session each person speaks in turn without interruption, and is then asked to summarise what they heard before responding.
- Middle stretch
Separating fact, assumption and interpretation
Most stuck conversations are a mix of things that happened, things that were assumed, and meanings that were attached. Separating those three usually shrinks the disagreement to something workable.
- Final 15 minutes
Practical steps
The session closes with steps that are specific, within your own control, and stated in your own words — not advice about what another person ought to do.
- Afterwards
A short written summary
Where you want one, you receive a brief written note of the topic and the agreed steps. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Preparing for a session
- Write the topic in one sentence before the session. If you cannot, that is useful information in itself.
- Choose a place where you can speak without being overheard, and where you will not be interrupted for the full duration.
- Use headphones if others are in the building. For couples sessions, both people should join from the same device or from two quiet rooms.
- Have a way to write down the steps agreed at the end — paper is usually better than a phone.
- Decide beforehand what you would consider a useful hour. It is rarely 'the other person changes'.
What you leave with
- A short list of steps in plain language, in your own words.
- A clearer statement of the topic than the one you arrived with.
- An honest sense of which parts of the situation are within your control and which are not.
- No obligation to arrange anything further, and no automatic follow-up contact.
Practical details
- Where sessions happen
- Private video call. A secure meeting link is sent with the written confirmation and is valid for that appointment only. Telephone is available where video is not practical.
- Time zone
- Appointments are offered and confirmed in Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). Requests from other time zones are accommodated where the hours overlap; the confirmed time is always stated in both zones.
- Who can attend
- Adults only. Couples formats require both adults to agree freely and independently to attend. No third party is contacted or invited on anyone's behalf.
- Recording
- Sessions are not recorded, by Nuviora or by participants. Where a short written summary is produced, you are told what it contains.
- Accessibility
- If reading, hearing or joining a video call is difficult, say so in your request and the format will be adjusted where it is reasonably possible.
- Response time
- Requests are read during working time and answered in writing. If a request has not been answered within three working days, please send it again — it may not have arrived.
What you will always be told first
- What the consultation will and will not cover.
- How long it lasts and in what format.
- The fee, if any, and the cancellation and refund terms.
- What is written down, and how to have it deleted.
Consultations are limited to relationship and communication discussion. They are not therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, medical care, legal advice or crisis response.
Everything you can check before you decide
Nothing here is withheld until you have paid or committed. The format, the fee, what is kept private, where the limits are, how to cancel and how to be accommodated are all set out below, in the same words you will see again in your written confirmation.

Confidentiality
What you say stays between the people in the session. Nothing is recorded. Nothing is passed to a partner, a family member or an employer. The only exception is where there is a serious risk of harm or a legal obligation, and that limit is stated to you in advance rather than discovered afterwards.
Confidentiality policyBoundaries
This is a non-clinical conversation. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice or crisis response, and it does not diagnose, assess or treat anything. Where a topic belongs elsewhere you are told so plainly, and pointed toward the right kind of help.
Safety and scopeChanging or cancelling
A confirmed appointment can be cancelled or moved without charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time.
Rescheduling is arranged by replying to the written confirmation email. One reschedule is accommodated wherever availability allows.
Any fee paid for an appointment that Nuviora cancels, or that is cancelled by you more than 24 hours in advance, is refunded in full.
Cancellation policyAccessibility
If a video call is difficult — hearing, reading, bandwidth, privacy at home, or simply not wanting to be on camera — say so in your request. Telephone, camera-off and written follow-up are all normal, cost the same, and need no explanation beyond asking.
Sessions are conducted in English. Please say if you would prefer a slower pace or extra time.
