When a fee is payable
No payment is taken through this website. Payment is only requested after a request has been accepted, through a private link sent in writing.
Fees are shown in UAE dirhams. Any applicable VAT is stated on the written confirmation before payment is requested.
Cancelling
A confirmed appointment can be cancelled or moved without charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time.
A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the agreed start time may be treated as a used appointment.
If nobody joins within 20 minutes of the agreed start time, the appointment is treated as used.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is arranged by replying to the written confirmation email. One reschedule is accommodated wherever availability allows.
Refunds
Any fee paid for an appointment that Nuviora cancels, or that is cancelled by you more than 24 hours in advance, is refunded in full.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed.
If Nuviora cannot deliver an appointment for any reason, you are offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Reply to the written confirmation, or write to management@nuviorarelationships.online. Please do not include sensitive detail about the topic of the consultation in a cancellation message.
